TrainYAS provides the answer every Sunday and Tuesday evening as Yas Marina Circuit on Yas Island in Abu Dhabi allows people to cycle, run or walk around the famous Formula One circuit.

The best part of TrainYAS is that it is free. All you have to do is register here and you will receive a barcode which you then need to present on arrival at the circuit.
The track opens at 6pm on both Sunday and Tuesday through the UAE's winter months and you'll be joined on track by a wonderful community of fitness lovers.

Yas Marina Circuit is 5.5km long and consists of 21 turns. It is also one of very few Formula One circuits that travels in an anti-clockwise direction.
The circuit has seen plenty of Formula One drama on its track since the inaugural race in 2009, when Jenson Button picked up his first and only World Championship.
Kimi Raikkonen's win in his Lotus at the 2012 race, marking his first win in Formula One since returning to the sport at Lotus' first win since 1987 is a race that will live long in the minds of F1 fans. It was voted the 'race of the season' that year.

A face mask must be worn in all public areas unless on track and exercising.
If you are driving from Dubai you will need to have a negative Covid-19 test within 48 hours of travel to present at the checkpoint at the Dubai/Abu Dhabi border.
